    Does the mattress come ready to use straight away?

    The Prestige Hybrid Bamboo Mattress comes rolled. This space saving packaging allows you to move it around more easily when delivered. We recommend that you leave the mattress for 12 hours to make sure it fully gains its shape. (It may be ready before then)

    DO I NEED TO FLIP OR ROTATE MY BAMBOO MATTRESS?

    The Hybrid bamboo Mattress is a non flip mattress. Sleep white side up and rotate the mattress once a month to keep it even. Rotating your bamboo mattress is one of the few conditions of your warranty.
