Delivery and Returns Policy
DELIVERY:
We try to ship all items as quickly as possible. Smaller items are genuinely sent by Royal Mail insured delivery, for larger items we use credible courier companies including Evri, Parcelforce and DX.
If your order contains products from different brands it may be fulfilled in separate deliveries, we will update your order with tracking numbers and courier names as they are shipped.
The majority of orders are despatched within 1 working day but please allow 2-3 working days for delivery. For Laura Ashley and My Nature products please allow 3-4 working days for delivery.
RETURNS:
We’re sure you’ll love everything you buy from Laud but if something isn’t right with your order we’ll do our best to fix it. If you’ve changed your mind, you have 30 days from the day you received your order to return any items back to us.
Bed Linen, Duvets & Pillows:
Due to hygiene reasons we can only accept returns on bedding products that are unopened.
If an item is faulty we will accept returns if the product is unused, unwashed and in the original packaging. Please email hello@laudsleep.com in the first instance with details on the fault and we will do our best to resolve the issue with a replacement or a full refund.
When returning items we advise that proof of delivery is obtained. We cannot accept responsibility for returns lost in transit.
Once your item is received we will issue a refund if the product is unopened and unused. Please allow up to 10 working days for the refund to clear in your bank account but this usually happens much quicker (depending on your bank).
To start a return, please email our customer services at hello@laudsleep.com with your order number and reason for return. We will then give you details of how to submit your return.
